Why did you make Picklemix?

Picklemix was created as a pet project with the idea that structured play could be better than the normal open play defaults at heart. There were over 30 event types tested using a Microsoft Access front end with MySQL as the back end database. It was a proof of concept in some ways and an opportunity to see if I could develop the event structures and interfaces.
